A New Era at Pavo Group: Bilal Yıldız Appointed as Group CEO

With our deep-rooted technology expertise of over 20 years and our sustainable growth
strategies, we continue to build the future in the fields of defence and security, digital
Technologies, communications and public safety. In line with our vision to further
strengthen our corporate structure and accelerate our global objectives, Mr. Bilal Yıldız, an
experienced name in both the public and private sectors, has joined our family as CEO by
the decision of our Board.

As Pavo Group, while reinforcing our pioneering role in the national and local technology
initiative, we believe that Mr. Yıldız’s strategic leadership will carry our group’s
effectiveness in international markets and operational excellence to a new level.
Having started his career at the Ministry of Finance in 2007, Bilal Yıldız possesses
profound management experience through the responsibilities he undertook at the most
critical levels of the state. Having held various positions from Inspector to Acting
President at the Prime Ministry Inspection Board, Yıldız took on the role of Chief Auditor
at the State Supervisory Council during the transition to the Presidential Government
System.

In his strategic roles within the technology and industrial ecosystems, Bilal Yıldız worked
as the Group Manager Responsible for Finance and Investments at HAVELSAN. He served
as the CFO at Tarım Kredi Birlik. Having successfully served as the Deputy General
Manager of Financial Affairs (CFO) and Deputy General Manager of Procurement at
KARDEMİR A.Ş., Yıldız held high-level positions prior to joining Pavo Group, such as
Advisor to the Minister and Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Energy and Natural
Resources, Chairman of the Board at BOTAŞ International, Member of the Board at
Türkiye Petrolleri Anonim Ortaklığı, and Member of the Board at Turkish Petroleum
OffShore Technology Center.

Graduating as the valedictorian of the Department of Economics at Dumlupınar
University, Bilal Yıldız completed his Master’s degree in International Finance and
Economic Policy at Columbia University, following his studies in Public Administration and
Economics at Anadolu University. During his time in the United States, Yıldız reinforced
his expertise in global financial dynamics by serving as a consultant within the World
Bank’s International Finance Corporation (IFC); he also holds the internationally
recognized CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification and the CPA (Certified Public
Accountant) license.
